RULES

Sportland Elva Cup is played accordance with FIFAs rules.

 

  Teams and players  

  • During the tournament, it is not allowed for the players to play in more than one team in the same age group.
  • Before the first match, the team must submit to the tournament organiser the registration sheet and if neccessary also the players personal identification document with photo.
  • The size of the team is set and can be found in the tournament information.
  • In the U7-U11, U11G and U13G age groups there is allowed to register 2 older players who are born on or before August 1st of the year before the main age group year.
  • In the U12 and U13 age groups there is allowed to register 3 older players who are orn on or before August 1st of the year before the main age group year.
  • To avoid confusion, please bring a passport or ID card.

 

  Rules  

  • Substitutes are allowed to be brought in throughout the match.
  • Two yellow cards in one game for one player means a red card.
  • The player who receives the red card skips the next game.
  • The player who receives the red card for violent behavior may no longer play in the tournament.
  • Players may leave the field and enter the field only over the sideline on their court.
  • No extra time will be played. If the game ends in draw, there will be penalties in the semi-finals and placa games (3 penalties). It is allowed to change the goalkeeper before the penalty shootout.

 

  Special rules for U7-U9, U11G age groups  

  • If one team is in four goal loss they can add one extra player to the field. If the goal difference reduced to 2 goals the extra player have to be removed.
  • If the game starts in the middle the players cant kick the ball straigh to the goal.
  • The goalkeeper can start the game by hand.
  • The goalkeeper may take the back pass by hand.

  • The player who receives the red card skips the next game.
 
  Tournament system  
In case of equal point on the subgroup, the final superiority is determined by:
  1. Point for the game(s) between each other
  2. Goal gap between game(s) each other
  3. Number of goals scored in game(s) between each other
  4. Overall goal gap
  5. Total number of goals scored
  6. Red  cards
  7. Penalties

 

  Responsibility  

FC Elva takes no responsibility of injuries, health problems, diseases, thefts or of other material losses during the tournament.
