There's more than one way to keep the scoreboard updated on turniir.ee — the right one depends on your setup, your volunteers, and how important live results are for your event. Here's a rundown of all four.
1. Live scoring through Match Manager
Open Match Manager and you'll see the classic scoring view, plus a newer option in the top right corner: Open Football Manager. This gives you a dedicated match control panel where you can log goals and match events as they happen, with the scoreboard updating live for everyone following online. Ideal when you want real-time results on the site.
2. Quick result entry
Don't need live updates? Use Quick Result. Just enter the final score once the match is over — fast, no fuss. This is the right choice for tournaments where live tracking isn't the priority and you'd rather save time than track every goal.
3. Public scoring link
Want to hand off score entry without giving someone access to the full admin panel? Generate a public scoring link from Match Manager — look for the "Action" button — and share it with anyone on the sideline: a parent, a volunteer, the home team coach. They open it on their phone, no account needed, and can enter goals and events directly. It works on any device, any browser, instantly, and it's the easiest way to delegate score entry for a single match.
4. Garmin Watch app
Our newest option: score directly from a Garmin Watch. The referee keeps the watch on their wrist throughout the match — goal scored, card given, substitution made, a few taps and it's logged. No phone to pull out, no paper to write on, no pen that stops working in the rain. Whatever the weather, whatever's happening on the pitch, the referee stays focused on the game, and the result syncs to turniir.ee automatically.
Which one should you use?
