Information DINA WINTER CUP

1.FIFA RULES

DINA WINTER CUP is held according to the international FIFA Laws of the Game 2013/2014:

3. Players in the team

3.1. Boys3.1. BoysIn the boys' age categories, one team can use up to 2 senior players in the application who were born after August 1 of the previous year. For example: in the boys' age category born in 2009, 2 players can play in the team who were born after 01.01.2008. .

4. Girls
4.1 When playing against boys' teams, girls can play one year older, for example: girls born in 2008 can play against boys born in 2009
4.2 In girls' age categories, one team can use no more than 2 older players in the application, who were born after August 1 of the previous year. For example: in the age category of girls born in 2009, 2 players born after 01.08. 2008 can play in the team.
Girls can play in teams of boys born a year earlier, who have a prescribed age limit. For example: in the age category of 2008, girls born after 01.01.2007 can play in one team.

5. GAME IN MULTIPLE TOPICS
2-3 Players are allowed to play for several teams of the same club, whose age is suitable for the conditions of the tournament. It is forbidden to enter the competition with a direct kick of the ball from the opponent's goal at the beginning of each half.

6. STADIUMS

Games take place in Sillamäe halls. All halls have parquet flooring.

7. TOURNAMENT SYSTEM

DINA WINTER CUP games are divided into group and play-off games (according to age).

7.1. Group games

In the group stage, teams are divided into groups, where teams play one round. In subgroup games, a win gives 3 points, a draw 1 and a loss 0 points.

7.2. Calculation of equal points

In case of equal points, the following will be taken into account when determining the ranking:

- the score of the games between them;

- best goal difference in head-to-head matches

-best goal difference throughout the tournament

-highest number of goals scored

-highest number of wins

-disciplinary penalties

-the one who advances will be decided by a draw.

7.3. PLAY-OFF

The best teams in each group will advance to the play-off system for first place. The remaining teams will play for the lower places in the play-off tournament. The exact conditions for advancement depend on the number of participating teams, the formed subgroups and the tournament game system. The exact schedule of the play-off system for each age group will be announced at the tournament.

8. PENALTY SHOTS

If the game ends in a draw in the play-offs and the final, both teams will have the opportunity to determine the winner in a penalty shootout. Each team will take three (3) penalty kicks.

9. NUMBER OF GAMES

A team is guaranteed at least 6 or 7 games.

10. TOURNAMENT JURY

Possible disagreements and protests will be resolved by a 3-member jury, whose decision is not subject to appeal. The jury includes the tournament's main organizer, the tournament's main referee and a representative of Sillamäe JK DINA.

11. REFEREES

All referees are recognized by the Estonian Football Association and/or the main referee. The tournament's main referee is Roman Träial.

12. ARRIVAL AND CHECK-IN TO THE TOURNAMENT

Upon arrival at the tournament, the team is obliged to:

12.1. Check-in procedure

The team representative is obliged to submit a completed DINA WINTER CUP registration form to the tournament office. It is possible to send the signed registration form by e-mail to dina@dina.ee before the start of the tournament

The team representative is obliged to submit the identity documents of all players on their team (passport/ID card or EJL player card) to the tournament secretariat along with the registration form. Similar to point 1, the team representative can send copies of the players' identity documents by e-mail to dina@dina.ee

Players who are not listed on the registration form will not be allowed to participate in the tournament. In addition, players listed on the registration form whose identity documents are not submitted to the secretariat during the check-in procedure will not be allowed to play in the tournament.

Each team representative is obliged to confirm their arrival at the tournament, their agreement with the tournament rules and their knowledge of possible last-minute changes with their signature.

Upon completing the check-in procedure, each team will be given a tournament starter pack. Teams that have not correctly completed all of the previous points (1-5) will not be allowed to play in the tournament.

13. RULES RELATED TO GAMES

The team must be able to prove to the field referee, if requested by the opposing team, the correct age of its players during the tournament games (i.e. from 15 minutes before the start of the game until 15 minutes after the end of the game) by presenting a passport or EJL player card. An identity document must definitely be brought to the game.
