Age group :

Boys born 2009 ( allowed 2 players born after 1st of Aug 2008 )

13.- 14. March 2021, Männiku indoor hall ( Võidu 16 ), Tallinn, Estonia

Rules :

• The games are to be played by FIFA rules.

• 9 v 9,  5m x 2m goals, artificial pitch measurements : 60 m x 45 m.

Game time is 30 min. (if 10 teams)

• Number of teams – 8 or 10 ( they are divided into 2 groups of 4 or 5 teams ).

• 1  referee, offside rule applies.

• Running substitutions (in and out) are allowed near the substitute bench.

• Each team is guaranteed 5 games.

• Ball size no. 4.

• If the player receives red card then he has to miss the next game.

• The size of the team is 16 players max.

The final standing of group stage will be decided as follows :

• Total points

• Result of the match between the teams with equal points

• Goal difference

• Overall number of goals scored

• Penalties (3 penalties each team)

2010

Age group :

• 5 v 5,  5m x 2m goals, artificial pitch measurements : 38 m x 25 m.

Game time is 20 min.

• Number of teams – 8 or 10 ( they are divided into 2 groups of 4 or 5 teams).

• 1  referee, no offside rule.

• Running substitutions (in and out) are allowed near the substitute bench.

• Each team is guaranteed 5 games.

• Ball size no. 3.

• If the player receives red card then he has to miss the next game.

• The size of the team is 14 players max.

• Total points

• Result of the match between the teams with equal points

• Goal difference

• Overall number of goals scored

• Penalties (3 penalties each team)

Prizes

- The I, II and III place teams will be awarded with trophies and medals.

- Special awards for the best goalkeeper and best player of each age group.

 

Participation fee and registration

- The participation fee for 2009, 2010 and 2011 age group is 200 EUR per team.

- The participation fee for 2012 and 2013 age group is 100 EUR per team.

- The participation fee is to be paid before the tournament in cash to the organizers or to the account of Jalgpalliklubi FC Nõmme United ( LHV pank EE767700771001240978)

 

Start of the match and its accompanying rules

- The team has to be on the match field 5 minutes before the match starts.

- If the uniforms of both teams are in the same colour, the team who has been listed as the second team has to change shirts or wear vests. Vests are guaranteed by the tournament organizer.
